Welcome to Insait Web ImageCreator. By using this application, you agree to the following terms.
1. Local Data Processing
All data you create, edit, or store within this application is processed exclusively on your device, locally in your browser. No files, images, HTML code, or any other content you work with are transmitted to any server or third party.
2. No Data Collection
The author and developer of this application does not collect, store, or process any personal data of users. No analytics, tracking, identification cookies, or any other data collection mechanisms are used.
3. AI Assistant
If you use the built-in AI Assistant feature, your prompts and context may be sent to a third-party AI API provider (e.g. OpenAI). Please review the privacy policy of the respective AI provider. The application author has no access to these interactions.
4. IndexedDB Storage
Your workspace tabs, project files, and chat history are stored in your browser IndexedDB — a local browser database that never leaves your device. You can clear this data at any time using the built-in controls.
5. No Warranties
This application is provided as-is without any warranties. The author is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use of this application.
6. Acceptance
By continuing to use Insait Web ImageCreator, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this User Agreement.
